Knit City Vancouver 2023

We’re eagerly looking forward to soon heading over to the PNE Forum for Knit City Vancouver! We can’t wait to meet up with local makers and SOS Members at our SweetGeorgia booth and Knitter’s Lounge space. We’ll be bringing along with us our new Enigma Collection colourways along with popular favourites from our Colour System collections, spinning fibres, kits and other goodies.

At this year’s show, we’re also bringing along with us a special new colourway exclusive only to Knit City attendees! There will be a limited quantity available on our Tough Love Sock yarn base as well as two spinning fibre bases: BFL+Silk and Targhee, so be sure to stop by and pick yours up before they’re all gone!

Over at our Knitter’s Lounge space, we welcome everyone to come and sit, relax and enjoy some time making with us. We’ll have some community knitting projects you can test out and add to, and we’ll be around helping to answer any questions you might have about the School of SweetGeorgia. If you’ve not yet been to a Knit City festival, we highly suggest you come and check it out. It’s a fabulous event filled with wonderful makers across all aspects of the fibre arts and more. It is one of our favourite times of year to chat and connect with members of the local fibre arts community. (See last year’s Knit City Recap video for a bit on what to expect.)

Note: As we will be packing up and moving items to Knit City, our Studio Shop will be closed from Thursday, September 21st to Monday, September 25th. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 26th with regular hours. Our online shop will still remain open for placing orders throughout the weekend.
