Stitch Diaries: Season Five is here!
As some of you know, I have a deep love of swatching. It comes from a desire to see how a stitch pattern and yarn can come together to highlight the beauty of the colour. The Stitch Diaries are the perfect playground for that, especially when it involves our dye team having the chance to experiment with dye and hue.
What do these sets mean for you, the knitter? Besides a new knitting project, you’ll get stitch patterns, tips, tricks, and a pattern recipe to use any stitch pattern you prefer in a beautiful booklet. Stitch Diaries: Season Five Set Includes:

Pattern Details for the Autumn Oaks Cowl Recipe
- Yarn: 1 SweetGeorgia Yarns Party of Five set in Cabin Cove (105 yd / 96 m per 1 oz / 28 g mini skein; 80% Superwash Merino, 20% Nylon).
- Needles: Size 6 US / 4 mm circular needles, 24″ / 60 cm long
Adjust needle size if necessary to get the correct gauge. - Notions: 1 stitch marker, tapestry needle
- Gauge: 25 sts and 44 rows = 4″ / 10 cm in desired Stitch Patt (select one from Stitch Diaries), after blocking.
Please note that changes in gauge will also change yardage used and final measurements. - Finished Measurements: 24″ / 60 cm circumference, 16″ / 40 cm tall
